The vehicles and memorabillia on this page are the prized property of my good friends, Tommy and Mary Clay of West Virginia.
Tom is another confessed true lover of the 59 Ford. "Madeline", the Torch Red and Colonial White Skyliner featured below is one of the prized possesions of this proud couple. There are no corners cut when this man builds a car. If its not "factory original", it has no place on the Clay property. Tom & Mary also own a stunning low mile original Colonial White '59 Skyliner with the "ORIGINAL LUGGAGE"! Stay tuned for that car on 59FORD.COM. Also coming soon on this site is the impeccable '63 Galaxie Convertible currently parked in the Clay stable with 150 ORIGINAL miles.

"In Memory of the late Ms. Blanche Speiss"
There are no words to describe this truly amazing piece of Americana history. This car is one of two known survivors to exist on this planet with the original Ford factory luggage. This car was owned by the late Ms. Blanche Speiss of Cincinnatti OH. Ms. Speiss was a major contributor to the Cincinnatti ZOO. She very graciously donated many acres of her personal property to this world famous zoo. Tragically, she was killed by a motorist as she went for her morning mail on Dec 2, 2005 just one day before her 80th birthday.
Her father originally purchased this car for her from Williams Ford in Cincinnatti OH in April of 1959. This car was stored in her garage for many years and left untouched. This Crown Jewel is now the property of Tommy Clay and Harold Arbaugh of West Virginia. This car could not possibly be in better hands as Tommy and Harold will ensure that this car will remain untouched and will be showcased for all of America and indeed the World to witness. This Crown Jewel has 27,160 original actual documented miles.
Truly an incredible story.....

You will have to travel many miles to find another '63 Ford galaxie like this one. In fact........don't panic as you will never find another like this. This machine had 105 original miles on it when it was dismantled for a frame off restoration. In excess of $100,000.00 was spent on the restoration of this car. It truly is a stunning example of one of the prettiest convertibles that has ever graced this planet earth. These fine fleet of cars could not possibly be in better hands. They will remain in this condition for many further generations to witness. This is all as a result of the foresight and dedication of two great people, Tommy and Mary Clay.
Feel free to click here to congratulate them on their efforts.
