My name is Tim Tedder, I'm from Prescott Valley, Arizona.
As far as the '59 I bought her for 3,036 dollars on an eBay auction about 2 years ago. At first buying her sight unseen I was expecting to have to have her shipped or towed home from Reno NV. to Corona CA. After flying to Reno to purchase car,I was shocked how complete,and sound of a car she really was! needless to say I had a ball flying as fast as she would go down old hwy 395 back home. After some minor cleaning,she was taken to a place called JTMS Hot Rod Shop where she had the y block 292 rebuilt w/a mild cam....and the transmission rebuilt. Soon the interior will be restored back to the factory colors,and materials. That’s all for now.p.s this old fourdoor wants to be your 59 when it grows up!!!!! Dave from Guelph Ont is preserving this old Fairlane his way! I don't know if these pics are too big if they are I'll take more and better looking. The car has a 390 shaved trunk with a cadilac power trunk release purple and white int plus a few more little things I'm still working on like power ant power wipers auto alpine radio 6 pac cd plus alot more plus building a console to hide the radio because the origanl is still in it plus the clock I'll get back with more info thanks dave. 1959 Fairlane Tudor
Barry Edwards lives in Oklahoma City and is the 4th owner of the car it has 88,000 original miles however the 223 six cylinder has been rebuilt. the car was purchased originally in Houston Texas. It is a custom 300 with a gray interior. Thanks for keeping this little beauty alive Barry!

Can you believe another '59 from Down Under! Those Auzzies are truly dedicated to our hobby. This one belongs to Colin Kenney-Levick of Sydney New South Wales. Colin is a regular viewer of 59FORD.COM. Colin's grandfather had a '59 Ford brand new and he has had a love for them ever since. He writes: My car Is Raven Black in color, has a factory radio and clock; 2 fender mounted mirrors; a 352 ex cop motor (all cars sold to the general public had 332 units) and 2 speed Fordomatic transmission. 1959 ford fairlane sedan, but in Australia its a 1960 Tank Fairlane. I had the car for 5 years built it up from a shell. Its powerd by a modified 460 cu motor with a C6 transmision with a shiftkit. It has front disc brakes but still has the 9in dif. All the suspension has been tricked up so it handles well, being a upholster I gave it custom trim for a two tone vehicle it does a 14.8 quarter mile. It is panited in two pack paint, with 15x8 dragways with 215x60 front , 275x60 back tyres. The hole in the front of the bonnet is for extra airflow for the big block. Thanks to all my friends for their help as it would not have been built. ..
